City of Detroit
The Detroit Employment and Training Department's menu of programs and employment services bridges the gap between workforce and economic development because business expansion means an eligible pool of ready-trained workers must be available. The Department is committed to providing continuously improved services to job seekers and employers, and building strategic and collaborative partnerships with the entire career development community, including workforce and economic development agencies.
